Sausage Gravy
1 lb sausage, browned
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups 2% milk
salt and pepper
Brown sausage and set aside. In a saucepan melt butter. Whisk in flour and stir for a minute. Add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and add browned sausage. Serve over biscuits.
