these great buttermilk pancakes. I think it would be wonderful over pumpkin pancakes. I think this syrup will be requested frequently.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
5 oz can evaporated milk (the tiny can)
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to boil over medium heat and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Stir in the evaporated milk until combined and smooth.
